Everything has an aura as all things absorb energy. This energy then radiates and can in certain circumstances be seen.
Humans’ aura radiate from the energy produced within. There are different sources for this energy – from what we put into our body in the form of food etc, light and sounds absorbed and also what our soul generates.
The aura is an illumination that radiates from the body, about two inches from the skin.
How to see auras of plants and trees
Look at the top of a tree with the sky as a background.
Look beyond the branches or leaves of the tree or plant. As if you are looking at a 3D picture.
Let your eyes go slightly out of focus and relax.
You will see a cloud, almost glowing, image that moves in and out from the tree or plant.
How to see your own aura
Dim the lights, or be in total darkness
Face a mirror with a light or white background behind you.
Look at your head and shoulders, beyond yourself in the mirror, as with viewing a 3D picture
Relax your eyes.
You should begin to see a glowing energy eminating from your head region. You may not see colors, but a transparent/white or light colour moving in and out near the top of your head or from the sides of your head. This is your aura.
You may even see a glowing around other things that may be viewed while looking in the mirror.
Remember, everything has an aura or energy field, just relax and get comfortable with what you are seeing.
The excitement you get when seeing the aura will probably cause the aura to disappear, just re-focus and try again. The aura will return.
How to see your aura coming off your fingertips
Stand in a dimly lit room. Place your fingertips of both hands so they touch each other and place them around 8 – 10 inches from your face.
Focus your eyes on your fingertips and very slowly move your hands apart to a width of about 6 inches.
You should see a pale band between your fingertips much like and elastic band.
Move your fingertips back together and move apart again. Do this several times and see the band moving also.
Seeing another person’s aura
This is much the same method as looking at trees and plants. You relax your eyes and look beyond the person. You may well see colours around the person and these have meanings as written below.
Aura colours and their meanings:
Angry, confrontational.
Holding frustration within, inner turmoil, vengeful
Yellow
Concentration, studying, planning, deep in thought
Blue
Positive and good vibration, well meaning to others and acts with good intentions
White
Very good Energy, Spiritually inclined and a positive person
Green
Ill health, disease or malady
Black or Brown
These are what are known as collapsing auras and not colours at all. They are evident when a person’s energy is too low and pulls from outside sources rather than producing their own.
