Find a comfortable place to sit or lay down.

Take some deep breaths in and as you exhale say “relax” to yourself

Now breathe in whilst counting to seven, hold for seven then exhale for seven.

Now take your mind to your feet; visualise them standing on a beautiful sandy beach

Feel the sand between your toes

Now imagine roots growing from your feet down through the sand, extending deep into the earth.

It is a beautiful warm, cloudless day and the sun is shining high in the sky.

As you breathe feel the warmth of the sun on your face and feel the bright white sunlight through your eyes.

Now visualise it entering down through the top of your head.

Next imagine breathing in the bright white light and as you exhale release any negative feelings you have. Imagine the light entering your body with every breathe, filling every cell with its warm healing energy.

Now visualise breathing out the white light and it swirling around, completely surrounding your body.

Feel completely calm and at peace.

Feel completely protected.

Say to yourself that you are now completely protected and safe

Visualise turning your head and see a staircase, so magnificent and winding it seems to go on forever

You are standing at the bottom of the staircase and the stairs are crimson red.

Walk up the stairs.

Continue walking up the stairs and visualise them turning sunset orange.

Next the stairs turn sunshine yellow in colour as you continue your ascent.

As you continue the stairs are turning to a beautiful emerald green.

Next each stair it turns to summer sky blue.

You feel completely calm and at peace as you reach the next colour which is a stunning indigo colour and as you walk up these stairs you can say “ommm” if you wish out loud and watch the colour become brighter.

You are nearly at the top of the staircase and as you look up above you the staircase merges into a golden white expanse.  As you look up at this expanse say hello and ask your Guardian Angel to meet you at the top of the staircase and visualise extending your hand to reach out for your Angel.

Ask your Angel their name. Wait for a few moments and you may hear a voice.  Whatever name you hear, however odd, is the name you can address them with whenever you wish to talk with your Angel in the future.

You can now ask your Angel questions and feel the love and guidance as you connect back with your life’s helper.

When you have finished your conversation, say thank you to your Guardian Angel and commence your descent down the stairs.

As you go down the stairs you retrace the colours you encountered on the way up.

As you move away from the Golden white light you enter the indigo stairs.

Now the blue

Back down the stairs you tread.

Now the green

Keep on walking down the stairs.

Now the yellow

Further down the stairs

Now the Orange

Further down the winding staircase

Now the Red

You are now at the bottom of the staircase.

As you turn away from the staircase, turn your attention back to your feet.

Feel the sand once again between your toes.

Physically wiggle your toes in the sand

Now move your legs, as if kicking the sand around.

As you become aware of your body again, have a good stretch and when you are ready open your eyes.

Your meditation is complete.

Write down any feelings, thoughts or emotions you had during your meditation.

During your conversation with your Guardian Angel you can ask for healing for yourself and others and guidance in your life.

If you are a light worker you can call upon your Angel to assist with healing for yourself and others.

Talking with your Angel helps you with your chosen journey and gives you the knowledge you are never on your own.
