While we respect our competition entrants’ freedom of expression, there are certain subjects and content that will not be allowed on Aplacetoreflect.com. Posting poems or articles containing this content will result in deletion of your entries and possible expulsion from future competitions for repeat offenders. Examples of unacceptable content or subjects are:

Sexually Explicit Language

Profanity

Occultism

Vulgarity

Hateful Expressions

Racism

Because aplacetoreflect.com is a public forum, the contents, thoughts and ideas expressed in individual poems and articles may not reflect the ideology of aplacetoreflect.com.

Aplacetoreflect will do its best to monitor the contents of the poems and articles to assure they remain in good taste. The definition of "good taste" is at the discretion of Aplacetoreflect.com.

The poems and articles on this site must be entered by the competition entrants themselves. By submitting a poem or article, the writer agrees to allow Aplacetoreflect.com to publish their works online and in print.  The authors’ names will appear on the website.

Poems, photographs and articles are published on this site purely for the purpose of wholesome reading pleasure and with good intentions. If a Poet does not have legal rights to the poem or entry they have posted on Aplacetoreflect.com, it will be removed immediately. We guarantee to fulfil such demands within 48 hours. (Aplacetoreflect reserves the right to investigate whether the person submitting that demand is authorized to do so or not).

Service can be terminated at any time. Aplacetoreflect.com reserves the right to do so without notice and for any reason. If service is terminated posted works will be deleted.

There is no promise, no guarantee, and no warranty that display will be continually available or that works will be stored indefinitely. Entrants are advised to store their works elsewhere and not to depend on Aplacetoreflect.com for storage.

Aplacetoreflect.com reserves the right to use contact information, including email addresses, from each member to contact him or her about special offers, new competitions and gifts, news, and like activities. You contact information is NEVER shared with a third party.

If you win the competition you will be emailed to the address given at the time of competition entry. Winners’ names will also be posted on the website so entrants must use their real names that are traditional in format (e.g. William Smith, Jane Jones)

Winners will receive the stated prize fund by Paypal to the designated address provided by them upon receipt of winning email notification. Aplacetoreflect.com will not be held responsible for incorrect Paypal addresses being provided. The payment will be paid once in full and final settlement.

Entrants are expected to post ORIGINAL work on this site. Using another's work without proper acknowledgment or permission and copyrighting it as your own, is plagiarism, which is a crime. Any members suspected of plagiarism are immediately removed.

Entrant acknowledges that due to the nature of the Internet and the nature of the site that there are no guarantees of privacy.

Aplacetoreflect.com reserves the right to change any of the terms and condition of use at any time, without notice.

Anyone can enter the Aplacetoreflect.com contest simply by submitting an original poem, photograph or article, written works to be 2500 characters or less (about 500 words), on any subject, in any style within the spirit of the website, i.e. uplifting, spiritual and life enhancing in some respect. All contest winners will receive correspondence via Email concerning their winning entry within 5 working day of the contest entry deadline.

Entrants may use this Web site to advertise or generate business for oneself.

The top entries of the categories is chosen at Aplacetoreflect.com’s discretion and winners chosen via public voting. All voting will be conducted in a fair and honest manner. Aplacetoreflect.com’s decision is final.
